Begin at the Marriott CityPlace at Springwoods Village. Run around the ponds in CityPlace Park (right next to the hotel), then run on the paths along the streets to Springwoods Village Nature Preserve - the 150-acre Nature Preserve is an ecologically-rich experience with a forest habitat, wetlands and pond. Then run to Spring Grove Park, where you will find the Bark Park (the dog park), and back to the hotel.

Located 1 mile away from the Four Seasons Toronto, you will find a number of trails that run along the creeks and river. This route begin at the Four Seasons Toronto. Run through a residential area to reach the Park Drive Reservation Lands. Follow the Park Drive Reservation Trail, which runs along Yellow Creek. Then continue onto Beltline Trail, which is a popular pedestrian and cycling trail located on a former railway and runs along Mud Creek.

Begin at Four Seasons Boston and head towards the Southwest Corridor Park (a linear urban park nestled in a residential area). Then head to Back Bay Fens, where you will find the Kelleher Rose Garden and Victory Gardens. It is a popular place for birdwatching, as a unique range of bird species can be found in the marshy areas of the Fens. After making a loop around the Fens, you will pass by the Christian Science Plaza, the Skywalk Observatory, and Boston Public Library before arriving back at the hotel.
